Ravoshia Mone' Whaley was born in a hospital in Merrillville, Indiana and raised in Gary, Indiana the early years of her life where her parents resided. With her mother originally hailing from Beaumont, Texas and her father from Bermuda Islands, Ravoshia (pronounced Raa-vash-shia) was afforded the opportunity to have dual citizenship and the ability to grow up in both areas at different times.

Growing up, as a child, Ravoshia studied ballet at the United Dance Production in Bermuda. Later on while in Texas, she participated in dance teams, such as the majorette drill team style. In her senior year of high school she developed a passion for singing and writing music. Realizing her gift for both song and dance, she focused on honing her craft and pursuing music along with running track and field.

Late in 2018, Ravoshia released her single Fashion Killa, which gained recognition, playing on hit radio stations nationwide in the U.S. and countries such as the UK, Toronto, Canada, and Europe. On August 8, 2020, Ravoshia was deemed "Next To Blow’ by Hip Hop Weekly a popular source in the music industry. She has been seen in Thisis50, New York's prominent Respect Magazine, The Hype Magazine, UK's Epistle News, Groove Magazine and many more.

In 2019, Ravoshia first introduced a creative performance project called Mannequin Performance Style 101 (R)MPS101) which is inspired by Fashion Killa and influenced by her alter ego “The Mastermind/Lady Einstein”.

In 2024, Ravoshia released two new singles “The Moon and Mastermind”. In addition, she released her 1st debut book (short story) titled The Mastermind: Introducing Lady Einstein as an author. It is a part of her innovation called “A Mastermind’s Music Single (+) Story Release” also known as ‘The Mastermind Combo’.

Ravoshia's sound is a unique blend of pop, R&B, hip-hop, reggae, and soul. She has a special voice unlike any other voice out there in mainstream music. Armed with a strong confidence and an out-of-this-world creative imagination, she is a breath of fresh air.

Ravoshia is a magnetic, multi-talented triple-threat force of nature. A spicy, strong-willed artist who has something to say, and leaves her audience hypnotized. She is a beautiful magical talent to be reckoned with and a true entertainer at heart.
